Winter training begins Dec 5! Nine weeks to improve your fitness to be ready to compete in indoor regattas (or "erg pulls") and be in top shape for spring rowing.

Dec 5 - Dec 21 : Mon to Fri and
Jan 2 - Feb 17: 5 days/week Mon-Fri
5:00-6:45 PM
Location: Larkspur Swim & Racquet Club
Indoor regatta fees indoor regattas billed separately.
